SHIPPING

CLAI merchandise is produced and fulfilled by third-party production partners. Depending on your location and the item ordered, products may be produced and shipped from different locations.

PROCESSING

Orders require production before shipment. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout include shipping estimates but may vary depending on destination, production volume and carrier conditions.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges depending on the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains several items, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.
